This week Ladies I am going to concentrate on a natural product that is fun to use and the benefits to your hairs health is amazing.  Not many people would believe this but the good old Banana is a great way to help your hair grow strong.  Because of its potassium and vitamin A, E and C content it makes the perfect natural product to help prevent thinning, shredding and breakage.  It helps your hair grow strong which in turn may help prevent hair loss.

What makes this so good is, it’s a simple recipe and can be used on a weekly basis.  All you do is get a soft ripe banana and mash it into a paste, making sure there are no lumps (use a blender if nessasary) .  Add a tablespoon of Olive oil, I find it makes it easier to apply and to washout later and it is full of great nutrition for the hair and scalp. Cover your head with a plastic cap/shower cap for about 30 mins then remove and use a hairdryer to help it set, this will help your hair absorb all the nutrients.

Now shampoo and rinse your hair making sure that all the paste has been removed.Add some conditioner as a sealant and to give extra moisture. There you go,  Nice and simple with superb results.

Like I said ladies, who would ever think that a simple banana can do so much.
