CASTOR OIL

CASTOR OIL

Oil 1

If you have Hair Loss or Split Ends this piece is a must read as I have discovered afabulous remedy which I think will benefit all you ladies and Men out there. You might ask yourself what can castor oil do for me?? The simple answer is Castor Oil is an old remedy for hair loss and regrowth, it makes your hair richer, while moisturizing and making it shine. It prevents split ends, treats dandruff and dry scalp, reduces frizz and even helps to prevent premature graying of hair.
Application:
The best way to work with castor oil is to use it as a hair mask and I would highly recommend using it with olive oil or coconut oil on a 50/50 basis. Castor oil is quite dense so the mix is important for spreading it through your hair. you can use your fingers or a brush (I prefer to use my fingers) as its fast and efficiant. Start off by applying to the scalp first using circular motions to increase the blood circulation which in turn rejuvenates your hair and stimulates growth. You then section your hair and apply the mixture to each section and making sure to cover it completely and evenly. Put on your shower cap and leave for as long as possible, this is to give the oil time to penetrate your scalp and hair, so at least two
hours is required. Anything up to six/seven hours or if you can, leave it in overnight.

Hair Wash
When finished wash your hair as normal (Shampoo, Shampoo and then Conditioner) make sure you rinse out all the oil.

For hair loss I would do this at least twice weekly for about six weeks but if just treating split ends and for a good healthy shine I would only use a very small amount (up to 1/2 of a teaspoon) as a conditioner and use only once a week.
