Green Tea1

There are times when it is great just to sit back and relax with a nice cup of green tea.  But did you know that green tea is also great for your hair.  While green tea comes from the same plant as black tea, it’s processed less that the black leaving the green tea with more antioxidants, amino acid, panthenol (vitamin B5), nutrients and traces of caffeine. The antioxidants prevent hair loss and boost hair growth while the caffeine stimulates hair follicles and also encourages hair growth, amino acid and panthenol help to strengthen your hair and prevent split ends.

It is so simple and great fun to use,

Brew a nice cup of Green tea, let it cool down as you do not want to burn your scalp.

Apply to your hair starting from your scalp and working it down to the end of your locks.

Leave for about an hour

Rinse off with cold water.

The great thing about green tea is you can apply it every time you wash your hair and then sit back with a nice cup of tea while it does its work on your hair.

Note; if you have sensitive skin or tend to have allergic reactions, please ensure that you do a patch test before fully applying any ingredients to your hair.
